The control layer
The backbone of our automation projects is the Siemens SIMATIC platform. We develop control programs for the S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300 and S7-400 families and connect field signals to the process safely through digital and analog input-output cards. Operator panels (HMI) provide monitoring and intervention at machine level, WinCC SCADA at plant level.
SCADA visualization
On Siemens WinCC screens the process diagram, alarms, trend curves and reports live under a single roof. We design the screens around the operator's workflow: line status is understood at a glance, critical alarms stand out with colour and sound, and shift and daily reports are generated automatically.
Proven field experience
In Kazakhstan alone we have delivered nearly 55 WinCC SCADA and S7-300/S7-400 based projects at oil pumping stations since 2000, and in more than 20 countries — from Turkmenistan to Egypt and from Azerbaijan to Mexico — we have worked both with end users and with engineering companies. In every project we aimed at clear screens that fit the plant's own way of working and at uninterrupted data recording.
Special applications
Synchronous speed systems (AC-DC), remote communication over radio modems and telecontrol solutions are also among our fields of expertise. For critical plants we design and commission industrial communication infrastructures for uninterrupted communication and data recording. We take on every stage from panel manufacturing to commissioning and also provide modernization of existing systems and on-request service support.
