Line synchronization
A production line runs only as fast as its slowest unit. That is why speed synchronization sits at the centre of our projects: we unite the machine groups of paper, cardboard and corrugated lines under a single speed reference using inverters and industrial communication networks. We carry the same approach to synthetic leather, footwear and barrel manufacturing lines.
Scope of delivery
We manage the whole job from a single point: process understanding, electrical design (EPLAN), panel manufacturing, PLC and drive programs, line synchronization settings and commissioning with production. We also run modernization projects that carry the control systems of existing lines to current platforms: we plan the changeover in advance and carry out commissioning during the line's planned shutdowns to keep production loss to a minimum.
Sector experience
Paper, cardboard and corrugated lines are the focus of this service; synthetic leather, footwear and barrel manufacturing line automations are carried out with the same discipline. This experience has been building since 1995; we have delivered our projects at home and in more than 20 countries, from Turkmenistan to Mexico.
Data and traceability
Line speeds, production counts, downtime reasons and energy consumption are visible in real time on the operator panel and in Siemens WinCC SCADA.
