From design to shipping
Every panel begins with a project. We prepare our electrical designs in EPLAN P8 Professional; cable lists and bills of materials eliminate errors at the source. After design approval, procurement, mechanical assembly, wiring and function tests run under a single plan in our workshop in the İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, and before shipping every panel is tested by simulation. The panels we manufacture have reached the sites of the projects we have delivered at home and in more than 20 countries.

Expertise in drive panels
On multi-motor lines we configure drive modules on a single supply unit and a common DC bus (multidrive). On the common DC bus, the energy of a braking motor is passed to the motors that are driving: less energy is drawn from the grid and a separate braking unit is often not needed. With a single supply entry, cabling and maintenance costs fall and the panel takes up less space. We apply this architecture on paper, rolling and process lines. In our panels we select ABB, Siemens and Schneider components to suit the process.
Workmanship and testing
Our wiring standards — colour coding, duct layout, labelling — are visible in the workmanship itself. Our panels are delivered after torque checks and function tests.
