Boiler automation

Efficiency in a boiler house depends on three things: accurate measurement, the right decision and fast response. Since 1995 we have been producing control panels and software for steam, thermal oil, hot water, waste heat, cogeneration and heating boiler plants. We automate combustion sequences, fuel-air ratio and fuel feed lines for fluidised bed, moving grate and screw-fed boilers.

Burner control panels

We build safety-first control panels for fuel oil, natural gas, diesel and coal burners.

Industrial furnace automation

We provide control panels, software and commissioning for drying ovens: zone-by-zone temperature control with electric or steam heating, fans and safety interlocks are combined in a single system, and the process is monitored from the HMI screen.

Safety and monitoring

Our boiler software continuously supervises level, pressure and temperature loops and records the first fault that occurs. Feed pumps run in duty/standby mode, with speed control via variable frequency drives where required. Boiler houses are monitored on Siemens WinCC SCADA or operator panel screens; critical alarms are forwarded to the operator panel and remote access.

Scope of delivery

Electrical design in EPLAN, panel manufacturing, PLC and SCADA or operator panel software, commissioning and staff training under a single contract. We also take on modernization work that carries the control systems of existing boiler houses to current platforms.
